POLICIES AT KOKOY'S TRUCK JAPAN SURPLUS SHOP
The Vendee shall inspect the unit properly because the vehicle to be acquired is “AS-IS, WHERE- IS” basis. (What you see is what you get).
“NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.”
The Vendee agrees that the above vehicle is sold on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. No warranty or guarantee expressed or implied on the unit. Unit is sole responsibility from the moment the Vendee pulled out the unit from KOKOY’S TRUCK SURPLUS SHOP yard.
The unit is SURPLUS JAPAN and consider as “AS IS WHERE IS” but as consideration to the Vendee, He/ She shall be given three (3) months free check-up and one (1) year free diagnose/scan.
The Vendee shall not allowed to modified, replace and or remove the attached sticker thereto without written consent to the Vendor until the account is still encumbered to KOKOY’S TRUCK SURPLUS SHOP.
In case of default for two (2) accumulated monthly amortization, unit shall subject for voluntary surrender
